The Crow Society
A long time
ago, a baby crow was born in a crow family. Daddy Crow and Mama Crow both were
very happy. The crow cub looked like all other crows, but his temperament was a
bit different. Full of curiosity, he always used to ask questions to his
parents about a lot of things. His parents were also very upset by this nature.
And that's how he gradually grew up in a crow society. He grew up watching
society with curious eyes. He gradually became acquainted with the rules of society.
And at one point he had started his studies. In the crow society, education is
given the most importance, that’s why crows are the most intelligent among the
birds. He also continued his studies according to the rules of society. But he
was not very good at education. He was lagging behind his classmates. Due to
this, his parents were so upset. They put more pressure on him in his studies,
because if he is not able to get a good result in his exams, he will not be
able to get recognition in crow society. But in the meanwhile, something
amazing happened in his life. His acquaintance occurred with literature and cinema.
A new world was created for him. The more he reads books, the more he watched
movies, the more his surroundings changed. The rules of society also began to
become insignificant to him. He was introduced to a concept; called ‘Love’. He
learned to love himself. And this made his education worse. Day by day his
parents became more anxious about him. Parents tried very hard to convince him
that he was wasting his time, there is no need to love himself, there is no
need to speak against something wrong, it is better to follow the way everyone
walks. But he was a little different, he didn’t even try to understand.
Watching movies, reading books continues as before. And at the same time, his
wings began to sprout. It became a new concern for his parents, now he has to
learn how to fly. But on the other hand, the crow cub was very happy. Now he
can fly in this big sky, he can go wherever he wants. Eventually, he will be
able to fly independently. His parents and the whole society started to teach
him how to fly. At first, many rules and regulations were imposed. How to fly,
how high he can go etc. etc. He also started flying according to the rules. But
after a while, he realized that if he flies according to this rule, he will not
be able to go much higher. But he wanted to touch the sky. He wanted to go to
the highest point of the sky, his goal was not to fly above a hundred feet from
the ground. And that’s why he started flying according to his own rules, with
the help of this he could fly higher than before. This rule was completely new
to the crow society. Strange rule! By this rule, the more he flies, the more he
goes higher. But crows didn’t like this rule. The crows from society were full
of worries. On the other hand, parents started to worry about society, how they
could survive in this society if society gets offended? Finally, one day all
the crows from the society including the parents sat down for a meeting. What
can be done? Different crows started to give different solutions. In the end,
one solution was accepted. They decided to break off his newly formed wings.
Everyone agreed. Parents also agreed cause they had to survive in society. They
can’t deny the rules of the society even if it’s when against their children. Where
was the crow cub? Oh! They found him. And some of them brought his beautiful
wings backward and broke them with strong pressure. At first, the baby did not
understand what they had done with him. He thought it might be a new rule of
society because he was introduced to so many strange things before. But when he
tried to fly, he realized what they had done with him. His body was filled with
excruciating pain. Then he realized that he would never be able to fly again.
His days somehow began to pass with broken
wings. He had no longer smiles like before, didn’t cry like before. He started
to follow his parent’s orders because he didn’t want to experience such
horrible things again. And like other crows, he also became the puppet of society.
He never tried to fly again after that day. He sat on the slope of the tree all
day. He used to eat whatever his parents gave him. One day he was sitting on a
slope of the tree, a butterfly came and began to fly in front of him. He had never
seen a butterfly before. He was so amazed and started to chase the butterfly.
At one point, while trying to follow the butterfly, his foot slipped from the
slope of the tree. He began to fall. If he fell from there, he would definitely
die! He was watching his death with his own eyes. With all the strength of his
body, he tried to move his wings. And what a surprise! There was no more pain
in his wings! But why was he still unable to fly? Because he had forgotten how
to fly!!
Tremendous keep it up
